Bitescan measures user’s bite speed, number of bites per minute and type of bites.i.e,who chew slow are tortoises.

 "Hung from the ear, it is smaller and lighter than existing bite counters (they're normally attached to the chin) and can determine a user's bite speed, number of bites per minute and type of bite using a waveform detected on the back of the ear", according to CNN report.

This device is connected to smartphone app. The purpose of this device is to develop good chewing habits.

6. EARPRINT:

Finger prints are not secure anymore. It can be hacked. Japan introduced a more secure technique Earprint.

You have to download ERGO software on your smartphones.
The users has to lift phone to their ear and press the center of screen. A sound is sent into ear and the sound that echoed back,which is specific to each human,is your earprint.

7. CALORIECO:

It is a calorie scanner but it looks like oven Just place your food in CaloRieco and it would measure nutrients just in 10 seconds, according to manufacturer Panasonic.

As well as people hoping to lose weight, the product is also aimed at those with diabetes and other diet-affected health conditions. The scanner stores nutritional data, and Panasonic hopes that eventually it will be able to suggest recipes according to users' needs", according to CNN report.

8. A DIGITAL MAKEOVER:

A digital makeover

It’s Panasonic’s Makeup Design Tool. It uses live video as canvas. You can apply makeup on your image and see how you looks.
It provides you brushes of different sizes with different color tones kits.
You can try different hair styles as well.

 " This technology is targeted at makeup stores, wedding photography studios and cosmetic brands. The application is finished, and Panasonic says it is looking for business partners, such as make-up brands, to take it to market", according to CNN report.


9. SYNTHETIC FIBERS:

Home Energy Management System (HEMS) shows household electricity consumption on a Home TV screen,helping control energy use", according to web-japan.org report.
